If this is your FIRST time using the system please attempt the following:

Try logging in with the precursor to your email address (John Smith's email address is Jbsmith@richlandone.org, therefore his precursor is jbsmith) as your username, and the last 4 digits of your SSN as your password.
If this does not allow you entrance into Avatar, please use your first initial, last name, AND the last two digits of your SSN AS YOUR USERNAME (for example John Smith's SSN is 555-55-5512 therefore his login is JSmith12). Your Password will remain the last 4 digits of your SSN.
